Return Policy

At Heganwalk, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns: Products can only be returned if they are damaged or used. If you receive a damaged or used item, please contact us immediately. Any sales items can not be return and it can be only exchange

2. Return Window: You have 24-48 Hrs from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If more than 48 Hrs have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Coupon Purchases are not eligible for return 

3. Condition of Items: The product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Products that are not in their original condition or are missing parts will not be eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@heganwalk.com within 48 Hrs of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.

2. We offer 2 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 150 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 150 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual item.

3. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

4. For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.

5. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

6. Kindly allow 5-7 days for the return to be processed after the product delivered to our warehouse and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 

7. Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.

8. Reward points or store credits are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our store.

9. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, please contact us at support@heganwalk.com.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care items
  • Any GPay Coupon items are non returnable
  • Any CRED Coupon items are non returnable
