Delivery time depends on your location:
You have 24-48 Hrs from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If more than 48 Hrs have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
One-time exchnage ₹150
Second exchange fee: ₹200 (1–2 items), ₹250 (3+).
Once exchanged, items cannot be returned again.
Contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp with live courier updates.
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping options may be introduced soon.
