Oversized Crew Neck Sweatshirt: Blue

I had a very disappointing experience with Heganwalk.
I placed a prepaid order with the following details:
Order No: HW76043WO
Invoice No: HW33526
Order Date: 02/02/2026
As per the invoice, my order contained two items:
1. Black Oversized Crew Neck Sweatshirt – XL
2. Self Love Beige Oversized T-shirt – XL

However, I received only one item (the black sweatshirt). The beige oversized T-shirt was missing.

Important point:
The parcel was properly sealed and showed no signs of tampering, which clearly indicates that the missing item was not packed from the seller’s end.
I have already paid the full amount (INR 989) in advance. Despite raising the issue, the support team only shared the AWB number (152980540474097), which does not solve the problem.

The issue of the missing item is still unresolved.
I request Heganwalk to:
Immediately dispatch the missing Self Love Beige Oversized T-shirt (XL),
or
Process a refund without further delay.

I hope the brand takes responsibility and resolves this matter promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend Heganwalk based on this experience.
