Use an antiperspirant or deodorant: Applying an antiperspirant or deodorant to clean, dry underarms can help control sweat and odour. Antiperspirants work by reducing sweat production, while deodorants help mask or neutralise body odour. Choose a product that suits your preferences and body chemistry, and reapply as needed throughout the day.

Wear clean clothes: Change into clean clothes regularly, especially underwear, socks, and shirts. Avoid wearing clothes that are sweaty or dirty, as they can contribute to body odour. Opt for breathable fabrics like cotton that allow air circulation and help wick away sweat.
